Through the website you can choose the products that you like the most. Once you have completed the basket, the next step if you are not registered is to fill in the form and the shipping address. Then you can make the payment with the different methods that we have, finally receiving confirmation that the order has been made. Note: if you choose the payment method by bank transfer, you have two working days to make the payment. The order will be considered completed and will proceed to its preparation once we have received the payment. Shipment The shipping cost depends on the delivery address, since MagicMex BCN sends to different countries. The shipping rate will appear once the user has filled in their delivery address and always before proceeding to payment in the cases of Spain (includes the peninsula and the Balearic Islands) and countries of the European Union. For shipments to Spain, shipping costs will be free on orders that exceed a total of €200. Shipments take: Between 3 and 7 working days to the peninsula and the Balearic Islands Between 7 and 14 working days to the rest of Europe Orders placed after Thursday at 12:00 p.m. might be sent the following Monday. All shipments are made through our transport agency DHL with transport for fragile products.
